New Year! New Beginning! 2010 February Water Baptism
The month of February began with a wonderful testimony of God's goodness. Pastor Wayne Cordeiro led the people of New Hope in a time of communion while the youth ensemble led in worship. Over 80 people received Christ in our weekend services and later, several campuses joined in for a water baptism where 167 made commitments to their new life in Christ. Hundreds came out for a spectacular day of sunshine and fellowship.
"These times are the highlights of my year. This is a favored season of fruitfulness and we are going to take confidence in moving forward in His strength. The church is strong and our two colleges in Hawaii and Oregon are increasing in depth and quality. Many are coming to Christ and many are being called into ministry. These are exciting days!"
