Leadership Essentials Midweek with Pastor Wayne

January is set to be a crazy month of learning. Learning is a lifelong process. It is something that all must go through; yet it doesn't have to be a painful. This Wednesday, Pastor Wayne cuts some of the pain out of learning as he talks about Leadership Essentials.

In this special Midweek service, we will learn about the symptoms that underdeveloped leaders experience and practical remedies that we can apply to help become fully developed leaders. It is through this teaching that God will scrub our heart, attitudes and motives - to challenge us to develop areas that need adjustment and growth.

"Pastor Wayne shared his 3 main points with me and I know he's preparing to teach our church how to develop our leadership and lives for success," said New Hope's Equipping Director, Rod Shimabukuro.

If you want your heart to be stirred, filled, challenged and convicted by the Holy Spirit, then join us Wednesday, January 16 at 7:00pm. Pastor Wayne will be talking about "Where the Underdeveloped Leader Lives."

This is a message designed just for YOU! For leaders in our church, workplace, community, and families. You are a leader somewhere - so make Wednesday, January 16 a priority in your schedule.

As part of Pastor Wayne's heart to develop leaders, this teaching is a continuation of "The Call to Discipleship" where leaders and servants are trained to lead, serve and live more like Jesus.  What a great way to ramp up to our "The Heart behind Doing Church as a Team" conference as we fulfill our assignment of making disciples at New Hope!
