'Twas The Night After Christmas Christmas Weekend Update
Christmas is always a special time at New Hope, and the Christmas weekend services are no different. All the stops are usually pulled out as past Christmas services have featured extravagant musical numbers, modern day video parables, and one year even had snow falling in the Farrington Auditorium. And while there isn’t any snow coming to Kalihi this year, this year’s Christmas service still promises to be an extravagant affair, with song, dance, drama and poignant words from Pastor Wayne.
With Christmas Eve falling on a Monday, we will be having two extra services that night, making seven services in all. The Christmas Eve services will be at 5 pm and 7 pm and will have the exact same program as the regular weekend services.
The services this year center around a series of dramatic sketches of a mother who simply wants Christmas to pass her by. However, as time goes on, she realizes what Christmas is really about. Placed in between the sketches will be musical numbers and mini messages by Pastor Wayne.
Join us at Farrington High School or any of our extension campuses or catch our service streaming live this weekend. The service times are in the sidebar.
