Yummy Hamburger
Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger
½ block tofu, drained well and mashed
1 small round onion, chopped fine
1 small piece ginger, juiced
1 clove garlic, put through garlic press
½ c. shoyu
1-1/2 T. sugar
Mix all ingredients together and make patties.
Fry in pan.

Chicken with Vegetables
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts - season with salt & pepper, flour, fry until lightly brown
Several multi-colored bell peppers, seeded and sliced
1 round onion, sliced
1 container of fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup plus ½ can of water
Red pepper flakes to taste
Slice and set aside cooked chicken. Saute vegetables in pot with olive oil. Add soup, water, and pepper flakes.
Serve vegetable mixture over chicken.

Butter Pound Cake
Ingredients
3 c. flour
2 blocks butter
4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 c. fresh milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix remaining ingredients in.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
