Image Reflection
Rod Shimabukuro
Scripture
"So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord - who is the Spirit - makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image." (2 Cor 3:18)
Observation
A spiritual veil covered our spiritual eyes, blinding us from seeing who Jesus is, knowing Him and growing in Him. Through believing in Him, the veil has been uncovered - we see clearly. Our part is now to continue seeing, looking, doing what we can to keep the visibility clear and keep reflecting “Who we see!”
What I focus my hearts eyes on, is what I will seek after and reflect. I will be transformed into the image I reflect.
What I focus my hearts eyes on, is what I will seek after and reflect. I will be transformed into the image I reflect.
Application
What am I seeking?
What are my hearts goals and vision?
Jesus - are you really my vision?
Who am I seeking? Reflecting?
Is my vision to know Him, be like Him, grow in Him?
Am I really reflecting His image? ...the image presented through His Word?
The image I focus on, becomes the person I’m transformed into.
I’m also thinking about my affections because where my affections are - my attention will be. Where my affections are - my attention will be given towards.

Prayer
God - You are the image I desire to bear. The goal of my reflection is You. Please help my attention and affections to be fixed on you!
